- All repairs are charged hourly; the total no. of hours will then be minus based on the discount plan.
- For example, 1-hour plumbing costs RM 90/hour. Depending on the subscription plan: RM 90 - Discount % = your hourly rate.
- 30 days repair warranty across any repairs made by HANDIBEE.
- Handibee covers up to RM 110 of essential replacement parts per service call. In the event the replacement costs more, the homeowner will bear extra.
- The complimentary service call is capped at a maximum of 1 hour for every visit.
- *Only available for the PREMIUM plan.

How does the discount work?
Our handyman will work based on the hour of all the repairs and replacements. You will get a discount based on your plan on the total repair hour, either 35%, 40% or 45%.
Why do we need to pay a yearly subscription?
In order to serve our customers, we need to maintain a high standard of customer service (such as logistics, handyman, equipment, safety standards and many more). Hence, our yearly subscriptions ensure our customers get the best service from HANDIBEE.
How HANDIBEE is different compared to online on-demand services?
With HANDIBEE, you can access discounts not normally available to individual homeowners. We are able to do it due to our bulk buying power. We hire and contract reputable and certified repair technicians so there will not be repeated work from our previous task.
