Terms and Conditions:
- All repairs are charged on an hourly basis. Our technicians will commit to a time before starting the job. Handibee will charge based on the actual time logged or the committed time, whichever is less. Handibee will cover the cost of replacement parts.
- All repairs come with a warranty period of either 30 days or up to 60 days, depending on your subscribed plan. This warranty covers the quality and functionality of the repair work performed.
- The maximum value for replacement parts ranges from RM 720 to RM 2,500, depending on your subscribed plan. This limit applies to the cost of parts replaced during repair and maintenance services.
- Customers can choose between monthly or annual payment subscriptions and an hourly repair charge. Handibee covers the cost of replacement parts.
- Homeowners can cancel their plans at any time by referring to the terms of the agreement. Plans can also be upgraded at any point.
- Customers must ensure that the area requiring maintenance or repair is cleared before the technician's visit. This helps our technicians work efficiently and safely.

Why do we need to pay monthly?
To serve our customers, we need to maintain a high standard of customer service (such as logistics, handyman, equipment, safety standards and many more). Hence, our monthly subscriptions ensure our customers get the best service from HANDIBEE.
How is HANDIBEE different from online on-demand services?
With HANDIBEE, you can access low rates not normally available to individual homeowners. We can do it due to our bulk buying power. We hire and contract reputable and certified repair technicians so there will not be repeated work from our previous task.
What is the HANDIBEE coverage value for each plan?
For Apartment Essentials, the maximum replacement parts value is RM 480. For Apartment Comfort, it is RM 1,000. For Apartment Care Plus, the maximum replacement parts value is RM 1,600. For Complete Apartment Care, the maximum replacement parts value is RM 2,260.
